Maybe you never have enough time for each other now, and you feel bitter or even resentful. You’re exhausted by the demands of life and parenting, and you barely have any energy left over to take care of yourself — much less your partner.

Maybe you’re fighting more, and finding it impossible to communicate or clearly express how you feel. Everything feels harder and like it could become an argument.

Maybe you’re feeling neglected or even rejected by your partner. Real intimacy seems so far away, and you really just miss that feeling of warm closeness.

However it shows up for you and your partner, disconnection is always a painful and lonely place.

In my therapy with couples, I provide a gentle but accountable approach, with space for each of you to grow in your understanding of what your relationship needs and how to support it. Together we explore the ways you are both hurting and what you each need to feel better. Throughout our work, I support you in learning new ways of thinking about yourself and your partner, and new ways of taking care of your connection so you can enjoy your relationship again.

My style is warm, open, inclusive and always affirming. When I support couples, I keep your relationship at the center of our work and offer honest feedback where I see the need. I always meet each of you with compassion for what you most need to heal in your self and your relationship.
