Hi there, I’m Keely.
And I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, a therapist, mom to two amazing life-changing humans, and the biggest supporter of other growing mothers.
I love witnessing other women in the journey of growth and self-discovery that is motherhood.
Maybe like you, I have had to grow through some really hard times as a mom. I’ve experienced a difficult pregnancy and traumatic birth with my first child. Then I lost myself to the dark cloud that is postpartum depression soon after she arrived. Even as a mental health clinician, I still didn’t know how to name what I was feeling at that time!
Since then I’ve also had to make impossibly hard life decisions, confront tremendous fears, and learn how to best take care of myself through it all. When I look back on my motherhood journey, there’s no doubt —
I’ve overcome a lot to thrive as a mom.
And I can help you thrive too.
