Hi there, I’m Keely.

And I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, a therapist, the mother of two amazing humans, and the biggest supporter of other growing moms.

I love witnessing other women in the journey of growth and self-discovery that is motherhood after I myself was so incredibly impacted by my own transformation.

Maybe like you, I have had to grow through some really hard times. In my journey, I’ve experienced a difficult pregnancy and traumatic birth with my first child. Then I lost myself to the dark cloud that is postpartum depression soon after she arrived. Even as a mental health clinician, I still didn’t know how to name what I was feeling at that time!

Since then I’ve also had to make impossible decisions about a marriage, and confront the tremendous fear of being a single mother. I too have made a frightening leap into the great unknown of private business ownership, to follow my heart in supporting the other moms I now see every day.

When I look back on where I began, there’s no doubt —

I have learned how to do hard things as a mom.

And now I can help you do hard things too.

I believe so passionately that as a mom, what you value, feel or need — they matter so much. I believe that YOU matter, sometimes even the most. And what I actually know deep in my bones, after practicing this kind of radical self-love for myself for more than a decade now, is this —

To be your best, happiest, and most-fulfilled version of yourself as a mom, You need to believe it too.

It’s not easy work, de-programming yourself from generations of selfless motherhood narratives, or healing the scores of traumas living in your heart and the collective unconscious of women today. But when you do, I know you will thrive. And I will be here with you every step of the way until you get there.
