Coaching is different from counseling.
When you work with me as your coach, I help you dig into your stuck points and discover the reasons you are feeling unhappy in your life as a mom. This may lead us to explore the beliefs, decisions, needs and experiences from your past that are impacting your life today, similar to how we would do in therapy. But from there, we identify concrete steps you can take to start living a life that feels right for you —

Options To Work With Me
Assessment = $250
A one-time 75-min virtual session to assess your needs and develop a customized plan with concrete steps and strategies that best support your goals and mobilize your most meaningful change. The assessment includes follow-up with one email or asynchronous check in to support your progress.
Support Session = $175
After an initial assessment, individual 45-min virtual sessions are available to check in, assess your progress, process your stuck points, and identify additional strategies that support your momentum. Also includes one additional email or asynchronous check-in to reinforce your goals.

1 month = Initial Assessment + 3 Weekly Calls $725
3 months = Initial Assessment + 6 Biweekly Calls $1200*
6 months = Initial Assessment + 10 Biweekly Calls $1850*
